Q: Am I allowed to sell your products on Amazon?
A: No, at the request of multiple licensers, we have a single partner that sells on Amazon.
Q: Do I have to order all the same sign to get the quantity discounts?
A: No, you can mix and match within the same product categories (pricing categories).
Q: Fedex only delivered part of my order (portion of packages)?
A: At times, multiple piece shipments get separated and should be delivered the next day.
Q: I am missing a product that you show as shipped – what should I do?
A: Please email details to questions@desperate.com with order number and issue details.
Q: You were out of stock on an item, will you ship it once it is back?
A: We typically do not back order, but if you would like to, please contact us.
Q: If you are out of stock and it results in change in my quantity price break, will my price go up?
A: No, we will not penalize you if we are out of stock.
